About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Cybersecurity Presales professional to anchor our security practice across threat monitoring, presales solutioning, implementation, and compliance advisory.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on cybersecurity experience along with strong presales and client-facing capabilities. You will work closely with clients and sales teams to understand security requirements, design appropriate solutions, support opportunity qualification, and contribute to successful solution deployments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSOC / Threat Monitoring & Response

- Monitor client environments using SIEM tools and investigate and triage security alerts.
- Lead or support incident response activities, including containment, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reporting.
- Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
- Analyse malware and phishing vectors and maintain detection playbooks.

Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning

- Design cybersecurity proposals, architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and technical presentations.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Conduct security assessment workshops with clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify, develop, and win cybersecurity opportunities.
- Understand client security requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.

Implementation & Deployment

- Deploy and configure endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions, including CrowdStrike, firewalls, DLP, and IAM.
- Harden client infrastructure in accordance with security best practices.
- Integrate security solutions with existing technology stacks.




- Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation.

Compliance & Risk Advisory

- Assist clients with security and compliance frameworks including:
- ISO 27001
- NIST
- SOC 2
- India's DPDP Act
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and security audits.
- Advise clients on security policies, controls, and security awareness training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of cybersecurity experience across at least two of the focus areas mentioned above.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Hands-on knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, including:
- Firewalls
- IDS/IPS
- VPNs
- Zero Trust
- Exposure to cloud security technologies such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, and IAM.
- Robust knowledge of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and DPDP Act.
- One of the following certifications is mandatory: CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP Associate.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with a partner, MSSP, or systems integrator (SI) will be preferred.

Good to Have

- Penetration testing or red team experience.
- Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation.
- Python or PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- CrowdStrike CCFA certification.
- OT/ICS security experience or sector-specific compliance knowledge.
