Unique Interior is a growing interior design company based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in complete home interiors, modular kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, wardrobes, false ceilings, TV units, renovation and customized interior solutions.
We are looking for a SEO & Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our organic digital presence and help increase our website traffic, search rankings, social media visibility and organic enquiries.
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the company's SEO and Social Media Marketing activities, including website SEO, content planning, Google Business Profile, social media management and organic lead generation.
The ideal candidate should have a combination of SEO knowledge, content skills, social media understanding and analytical ability.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Conduct keyword research for interior design-related services.
- Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for GEO and AEO to improve the brand's visibility and chances of being discovered, cited, and recommended across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Optimise website pages, headings, URLs, titles, descriptions, images and internal links.
- Monitor Google Search Console and identify SEO issues.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and lead-generation performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor website indexing and search performance.
- Implement technical SEO.
- Manage XML sitemap and robots.txt requirements.
- Identify broken links and indexing issues.
- Improve website content based on search intent.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor is required.
- Develop location-based SEO strategies.
- Optimise pages for Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Ulwe, Belapur, Nerul, Seawoods and other relevant locations.
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile.
- Monitor local search visibility.
- Plan and execute review-generation strategies.
- Monitor competitors and their SEO activities.
Local SEO
The candidate will specifically work on improving visibility for locations such as:

Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow the company's presence on:
- Instagram
- Facebook

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly social media calendars.
- Plan content based on interior design trends and projects.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels and stories.
- Write captions and CTAs.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Research trending topics and content formats.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Prepare social media creatives.
- Develop ideas for interior design reels and educational content.
- Promote completed projects, before/after transformations and client work.
- Maintain consistent brand communication.
Content Marketing
- Develop blog topics based on SEO opportunities.
- Prepare content briefs.
- Write SEO-friendly website content.
- Create content around interior design tips, trends, FAQs and services.
- Develop content for social media and website.
- Repurpose website content into social media content.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report:
- Organic traffic
- Keyword rankings

- Click-through rate
