Design Masters is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with solid residential interior design and technical drawing skills.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from client briefing and concept development through detailed design and preparation of complete, execution-ready working drawings.

This is a Design & Documentation role and does not involve day-to-day site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and develop creative, functional design concepts.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and 3D presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including elevations, sections, ceiling, electrical, flooring, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, and modular furniture details.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, coordinated, and practical for execution.
- Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage design revisions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Project Supervisor and provide clear design information and clarifications when required.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation and ensure the latest approved drawings are issued for execution.
- Review drawings for errors and omissions before submission.
- Guide junior designers when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in residential interiors.




- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, modular design, and detailing.
- Proficiency in SketchUp., V-Ray/Enscape.
- Good knowledge of 3D rendering/presentation software.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to independently manage multiple design projects.

Ideal Candidate

- We are looking for someone who is creative, technically strong, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of the design and documentation stage of a project.
- The candidate should be able to produce a complete and clear drawing package that enables the Project Supervisor and execution team to execute the project independently.

Portfolio is mandatory.
