Initial Ramp-Up
Period| Primary Objective| Indicative Sales| Gross Margin Target
Month 1| Product learning, prospecting and account development| No hard target| —
Month 2| Qualified pipeline development| ₹2–3 L| ₹0.30–0.50 L

Month 4| Increasing conversions| ₹7.5 L| Approx. ₹1.20 L
Month 5| Consistent monthly sales| ₹10 L| Approx. ₹1.65–1.75 L
Month 6 onwards| Full commercial target| ₹12–15 L/month| ₹2.25 L/month
Kaspersky products typically generate approximately 15–20% gross margins. Accordingly, Gross Margin / Contribution will be treated as a more key commercial performance measure than sales revenue alone.
Steady-State Monthly Expectations
After completion of the initial ramp-up period, the executive should ordinarily work towards:
- ₹2.25 lakh monthly Gross Margin
- Approximately ₹12–15 lakh monthly sales revenue
- ₹45–60 lakh qualified rolling sales pipeline

Sales Revenue Achieved| 20%
New Customers Acquired| 15%
Qualified Pipeline Generated| 10%
Opportunity Conversion| 5%
Collections| 5%

Margin Discipline
The role is expected to generate profitable sales, not merely topline revenue.
