About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the insurance industry, sales processes, and effective training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and product training for new and existing sales employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on insurance products, sales techniques, customer handling, and conversion.
- Identify training needs and create effective learning modules accordingly.
- Coach sales teams on lead generation, pitching, objection handling, cross-selling, and closing.
- Conduct regular assessments, role plays, quizzes, and refresher training sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales managers and leadership.
- Keep training content updated with changes in insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Work closely with sales and business teams to improve overall sales productivity and performance.





Requirements

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales training, L&D;, or sales coaching.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and performance coaching.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable conducting classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- Willingness to travel locally for training, if required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience as an Insurance Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Training Manager, or Insurance Sales Team Leader will be preferred.
