We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong experience in managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, performance optimization, lead generation, and scaling paid campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for creating effective Meta Ads strategies, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and improving campaign results to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Develop paid advertising strategies for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
- Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign structures
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining campaign profitability
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking events
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Prepare campaign reports and share insights with the team/client
- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, algorithm changes, and paid advertising trends
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Paid Social Advertising
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures




- Experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign scaling
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking setup
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling international client campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and reporting tools
- Understanding of AI-driven advertising trends and Meta automation features
- Experience managing multiple campaign objectives and industries
