We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation / BDE to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and find projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
- Create proposals and submit bids for relevant projects.
- Communicate with international clients through chat and email.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain records of leads, bids, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills Required:

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Good research and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
