Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Full-Time Video Editor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will handle end-to-end post-production for corporate brand films, high-energy social media ads, real estate videos, and factory/industrial showcases.
You should be deeply experienced in traditional NLE workflows and actively leverage generative AI video tools to speed up production, generate B-roll, clean audio, and elevate visual quality.
Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Editing: Assemble raw footage (including multicam, drone shots, and voiceovers) into polished, story-driven commercial videos, reels, and corporate brand films.
- AI-Driven Post-Production: Integrate generative AI tools into the daily editing pipeline for tasks such as AI B-roll generation, frame expansion, automated masking, voice cloning/enhancement, upscaling, and motion graphics.
- Audio & Color Finishing: Perform professional sound design, audio mixing, dialogue cleanup, and color grading to ensure a cinematic look and feel across all deliverables.
- Social Optimization: Create high-retention short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) with engaging pacing, agile captions, and hook-driven intros.
- Asset & Media Management: Organize project files, maintain version control, and export assets optimized for various digital and broadcast formats.
- Experience: 2–4+ years of professional video editing experience (agency or commercial studio background preferred).
- Software Mastery:




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, tracking, kinetic typography).
- Familiarity with audio tools (Adobe Audition, Descript, or DAW plugins).
- AI Workflow Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern AI tools
- Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a powerful editing workstation capable of handling 4K footage and AI processing smoothly.
