Profile :- Social Medial Executive

Experience :- 1 Year to 2 Years

Location :- MG Road ( Gurugram )

Salary :- 25k to 27k Per Month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company social media profiles across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & other platforms
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Create engaging posts, Reels, videos, stories, and promotional content
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write creative captions, headlines, and marketing copy
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to promote commercial properties
- Create content for office spaces, managed offices, plug-and-play offices, and commercial properties
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Generate leads and improve brand engagement through social media campaigns
- Assist with paid social media campaigns and lead-generation activities





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn marketing
- Experience in creating Reels and short-form video content
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends
- Real estate / commercial real estate experience will be an added advantage
