Digital Marketing Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our online presence. You will handle day-to-day digital marketing work across our e-commerce store, social media channels, and WordPress website, and use analytics to help us keep improving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update our e-commerce store — product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and engage with our audience
- Maintain and update our WordPress website — pages, blog posts, plugins, and basic troubleshooting
- Support email marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Apply basic SEO best practices to product pages, blog posts, and website content
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and social media insights, and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with paid ad campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads) as needed
- Handle general digital marketing tasks and coordinate with the team

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Working knowledge of an e-commerce platform (WooCommerce, Shopify,



or similar)
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Comfortable working in WordPress (content updates, formatting, basic edits)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to read and explain basic data
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Good written English and strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have:

- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of running Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, keyword research tools)
