Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote diagnostic services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company's diagnostic tests and services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely service coordination.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
