We're Inclusive Minds - India's only full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside the Indian National Congress. We build technology, data systems, and communication products that shape how campaigns understand people, make decisions, and respond in real time. You'll build AI solutions that make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective.

What you'll actually be doing:—
- Write poster copy, ad scripts, campaigns and everything in between

- Turn political developments into quick, sharp communication before the conversation moves on

- Find fresh angles instead of repeating yesterday's headlines

- Work closely with strategists, designers and filmmakers and bring ideas to life

- Adapt the central idea across every platform, from a tweet to a campaign film

You won't spend weeks writing content calendars. You'll write communication that shapes the day's conversation.

What we need from you:

- Minimum 2-3 years writing in an advertising agency, creative agency, newsroom or political communications

- Exceptional writing skills in English





- Experience writing across formats (digital, film, print, speeches or campaigns)

- Someone who can think beyond copy and actually contribute ideas

- Strong knowledge and understanding of current affairs, politics and popular culture

Bonus points if you:

- Write equally well in Telugu or any other regional language

- Have worked on election campaigns, advocacy or public affairs

- Can write long-form and short-form with equal ease

- Read widely and have opinions worth arguing about
