Job Overview

SGR Productions is a leading television-based production house specializing in high-energy reality shows, daily soap serials, mega-events, and fiction shows. We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and sharp Contestant Coordinator to manage our talent pool. You will serve as the primary link between the creative production team, the artists, and reality show contestants.

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Sourcing & Casting Support: Assist in scouting, scheduling auditions, and managing database profiles for television serial actors and reality show contestants.

· On-Set Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for artists and contestants on shooting floors and event venues, ensuring they adhere to schedules and call times.





· Travel & Hospitality Logistics: Coordinate daily transportation, accommodation, backstage requirements, and catering needs for talent and contestants.

· Contestant Handling: Manage reality show contestants through orientation, backstage preparation, and holding areas during long shooting schedules.

· Documentation & Contracts: Maintain confidential talent agreements, release forms, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), and process day-rate or project payments.

· Cross-Department Liaison: Communicate schedule changes quickly between directors, production heads, wardrobe, and makeup teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
