Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Dashboard Engineer / Technical Lead to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade security dashboards across a multi-cloud security platform covering AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on production experience in Plotly Dash, Grafana Enterprise, Databricks, React/TypeScript, and security analytics use cases such as SOC, CSPM, CNAPP, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and Vulnerability Management.

This is a senior hands-on role requiring strong security analytics, visualization, data engineering, full-stack development, customer interaction, and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise security dashboards.
- Build dashboards and analytics across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Develop dashboards covering:
- Network observability
- Flow logs
- WAF / ALB analysis
- HANA audit events
- Cloud compliance
- Security posture
- Vulnerability management
- Application-layer threat detection
- Build real-time and historical security analytics and visualizations.
- Develop and optimize complex Databricks SQL queries.
- Work with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
- Lead dashboard development using Plotly Dash / Python and Grafana Enterprise.
- Contribute to security portal development using React 18 and TypeScript.
- Work with Redux Toolkit, SAP UI5, Tailwind CSS, Vitest, and Playwright.
- Define and enhance DynamoDB-backed dashboard schemas and widget frameworks.
- Work with Go-based API / BFF services.




- Integrate dashboards and security platforms with enterprise SIEM solutions.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand security requirements.
- Translate SOC and security operations requirements into dashboard specifications.
- Define dashboard performance, scalability, observability, and visualization best practices.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical design reviews.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong production experience building Security Dashboards / Security Analytics Platforms.
- Hands-on experience with security domains such as:
- SOC
- CSPM
- CNAPP
- SIEM
- SOAR
- EDR
- Vulnerability Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Network flow logs
- WAF / ALB logs
- HANA audit events
- CSPM findings
- Vulnerability scan data
- Identity audit trails
- Cloud security alerts
- Strong understanding of intrusion detection and threat investigation workflows.

Dashboard & Visualization Skills

- Expert-level experience with Plotly Dash or equivalent Python visualization frameworks.
- Strong Grafana Enterprise experience, including:
- Dashboard architecture
- Advanced data-source configuration
- Alerting
- Helm-based Kubernetes deployment

Databricks / Data Engineering Skills

- Expert-level Databricks experience.
- Strong experience with:




- Databricks SQL
- Delta Lake
- Unity Catalog
- Lakeview
- Notebook-based data pipelines
- SQL/query optimization
- Performance tuning

Development Skills

- Strong production-grade Python experience.
- Hands-on experience building Dash applications and data pipelines.
- Experience with Redis.
- Working knowledge of Golang with the ability to read and contribute to API/BFF services.
- Robust experience with React 18 and TypeScript.
- Experience with:
- Redux Toolkit
- Component architecture
- SAP UI5
- Tailwind CSS
- Vitest
- Playwright

SIEM Integration Experience

Hands-on experience integrating security platforms with one or more of:

- Splunk
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Google Chronicle
- IBM QRadar
- Similar enterprise SIEM platforms

Leadership Requirements

- Proven experience working as a Technical Lead.
- Strong architecture and technical decision-making skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience gathering enterprise security requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
