Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PCB Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PCB design and development. The candidate will be responsible for schematic capture, PCB layout, component placement, routing, design validation, and supporting the engineering team throughout the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop PCB layouts based on circuit schematics and engineering requirements.
- Perform component placement, routing, layer management, and design optimization.
- Create and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and Gerber files.
- Work on 2-layer, 4-layer, and multilayer PCB designs.
- Ensure proper signal integrity, power distribution, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Generate manufacturing outputs such as Gerber, Drill files, BOM, Pick & Place files, and fabrication drawings.
- Review PCB designs for DFM/DFA and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
- Troubleshoot PCB design issues and implement design improvements.
- Support prototype development, testing, debugging, and design revisions.




- Maintain proper documentation and revision control for PCB designs.
- Follow industry standards and company design guidelines.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of professional experience in PCB Design/Layout.
- Strong knowledge of PCB layout and schematic design principles.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following tools:
- Altium Designer
- Cadence Allegro/OrCAD
- KiCad
- Eagle
- Good understanding of analog and digital circuits.
- Knowledge of multilayer PCB design, routing, grounding, and power planes.
- Understanding of Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place, and fabrication requirements.
- Basic understanding of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and impedance-controlled routing.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and datasheets.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.
- Experience working with SMT/PCB manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA and PCB fabrication standards.
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, DDR, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc. will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
