Role Description

The Speech Therapist will provide therapy services to children at Sustainer Child Development Centre in Bhiwadi Delhi NCR. This full‑time, on‑site role involves:

- Assessing children’s speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental needs.
- Conducting therapy sessions to improve communication, social interaction, and functional participation.
- Documenting assessments, progress notes, and therapy outcomes.
- Guiding families and caregivers with home programs and communication strategies.
- Collaborating with occupational therapists, educators,



and medical professionals in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Contributing to program development and engaging in professional learning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with children and understanding developmental communication needs.
- Solid foundation in assessment, intervention planning, and evidence‑based practice.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills for working with children, families, and teams.
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload on‑site in Bhiwadi while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Skills in rapport‑building, patience, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative problem‑solving.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
