The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's equally comfortable writing Eloquent queries and crafting React components. You'll own features end-to-end — from API design in Laravel to pixel-perfect pages in Next.js — across three interconnected codebases:

- tg-laravel-api — The REST API backbone (Laravel)
- tg-web — The consumer-facing website (Next.js / React)
- AdminPanel — Internal CMS & operations dashboard (Laravel Blade)

What You'll Do

- Build and optimize APIs that serve millions of monthly users
- Implement SEO-critical, server-rendered pages in Next.js (ISR, SSR, dynamic routing)
- Write performant MySQL queries and design clean database schemas
- Work on Core Web Vitals — LCP, CLS, INP matter here
- Ship admin tools that make the content and ops teams faster
- Debug production issues across the full stack

Must Have

- 2–3 years hands-on with Laravel (routes, controllers, Eloquent, migrations, queues)
- 2+ year with Next.js / React (App Router or Pages Router, SSR/ISR,



API routes)
- Solid MySQL — joins, indexing, query optimization
- Git workflow — branching, PRs, code review
- Understanding of REST API design and authentication (Sanctum/JWT)
- Basic Linux/server comfort (SSH, logs, cron)

Valuable to Have

- Experience with SEO at scale (schema markup, canonical tags, hreflang, sitemaps)
- Familiarity with Redis, queues, or caching strategies
- Exposure to Google Analytics / Search Console APIs
- Any experience with performance optimization (lazy loading, image optimization, CDN)
- Deployment experience (VPS, cPanel, or CI/CD pipelines)
