About the Role

Immense Work Media is looking for a creative Junior Visual Editor who is passionate about video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, stall/exhibition design and recent AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, corporate films, testimonials and advertisements.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions and basic visual effects.
- Design thumbnails, social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Edit raw camera footage and create professional final videos.
- Perform basic colour correction, sound editing and video formatting.
- Assist with camera shoots and lighting setups.
- Create and modify exhibition stall and event design concepts.
- Support the team with 2D layouts and 3D stall visualisation.
- Use AI tools for video, image, audio and creative production.
- Work with the creative team to convert ideas into engaging visual content.

Software Skills

Video Editing

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects – Basic to Intermediate
- DaVinci Resolve / CapCut – Advantage

Graphic Design

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva

Stall / Exhibition Design

- SketchUp – Preferred
- AutoCAD – Basic knowledge required
- 3ds Max – Advantage
- V-Ray / Corona – Advantage
- Lumion / Enscape – Advantage
- Photoshop for stall branding and presentation layouts

Camera & Lighting Knowledge

Basic practical knowledge of:

- Camera operation and framing
- Composition
- ISO,



shutter speed and white balance
- Lenses and basic camera settings
- Key light, fill light and backlight
- Softbox, LED and RGB lighting
- Basic indoor and outdoor lighting

AI Skills

Interest or basic knowledge of AI tools for:

- AI video generation
- AI image generation
- Video enhancement
- Background/object removal
- AI voice and audio
- Creative content generation

Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage, but willingness to learn is essential.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with good practical skills
- Candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Candidates from Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, Mass Communication, Interior/Exhibition Design or related fields
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel preferred

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines:

Practical skills, creativity and portfolio will be given more importance than only educational qualifications.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio and interview performance.
