Refteck is hiring Operations Associates for our Baroda office. We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive candidates to join our operations team.
Position: Operations Associate
Location: Baroda, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility: Male & Female both can apply
Salary: As per company standards (based on experience & interview)
Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Offer preparation
- Offer upload and documentation
- WIP (Work in Progress) preparation and tracking
- Portal handling for various customers
- Coordination and data accuracy in operational tasks
Requirements:
- Strong computer knowledge (Excel, email, portals)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Prior operations / backend experience preferred (not mandatory)
