About the Role

DIAMETRIC BUILDS STUDIO is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company services/solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good lead generation and client handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales tools.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries will be preferred.
