Adcom India is immediately looking for an enthusiastic and motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our online sales and presence.

The role will primarily focus on managing and growing sales across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, along with supporting our digital presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms.
- Drive sales and improve product visibility and performance.
- Manage Instagram and other digital touchpoints.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Monitor orders, enquiries and other day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
