Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Integration Engineer with strong experience in enterprise application integration, API development, ESB platforms, and messaging systems. The role involves integrating telecom OSS/BSS, CRM, digital channels, cloud services, and AI platforms using technologies such as Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Apigee, and 3Scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise integration workflows, microservices, and APIs.
- Develop and integrate REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate telecom OSS, BSS, and CRM systems with third-party applications and cloud services.
- Implement service orchestration, message routing, data transformation, and API security.
- Configure and maintain ESB and API Gateway platforms.
- Manage messaging and integration using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Work with SQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise application integration and API development.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.




- Hands-on experience with at least one of:
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- Apigee
- Red Hat 3Scale
- Robust understanding of ESB, API Gateway, and microservices architecture.
- Practical experience with REST, SOAP, and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience in the Telecommunications domain.
- Experience with OSS/BSS and CRM integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-based integrations.
- Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and secure integration patterns.
- Experience working with digital channels or AI platform integrations.
