Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to I PU and II PU students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular classroom sessions and ensure effective student engagement.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide guidance and support to students to improve their language and communication skills.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.
- Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to language and literature.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and contemporary teaching methodologies.

Educational Qualification

- Master's Degree in English (M.A.



English) – Mandatory
- B.Ed. preferred

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of teaching experience in PU Colleges, Degree Colleges, or reputed educational institutions.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing academic content and assessments.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching tools

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
