1. Gather and analyse technical information (ECN, BOM, Drawings, CAD, etc.)
2. Review the published Parts Manual and Service Manual through Windchill using Arbortext Editor OR any Content Management System (CMS).
3. Cross check technical information with the help ECN, BOM, Drawings, CAD, etc.
4. Peer Review for Proof Copy and Final Copy
5. Coordinate with all Tech Writer, Illustrators for document review and help to improve overall project performance.
6. Record and release quality, delivery, and other project metrics/KPIs.
7. Monitor and record project overall status on weekly basis.
8. Inform to customer for any bottleneck in the existing process.
9. Suggest new idea to improve existing process and help to achieve the organization goal.
10. Monitor the progress of the technical authors and suggest the improvement plan.

Skill Required:
1. Capable of managing team size of 8-15 resources.
2. Rich experience in project coordination with different stakeholders in the process of technical documentation.
3. Knowledge of Structured/Topic Based Authoring using Arbortext into Windchill
