Key Responsibilities

Verify quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and civil drawings.

Verify detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil and finishing works.

Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.

Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, machinery, and subcontract works.

Prepare and verify contractor, subcontractor, and client bills.

Measure and verify the quantities of work executed at the construction site.

Monitor project costs against the approved budget.

Prepare and manage variations, additional works, and change orders.

Assist in tendering, quotation comparison, and subcontractor evaluation.

Prepare material quantity requirements and support the procurement team.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reports.

Maintain records of BOQs, estimates, bills, contracts, and project costs.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.

Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts.

Required Qualifications





B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience as a Civil Quantity Surveyor in building construction projects.

Good knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and market rates.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Experience:-

MInimum 2 years of Experience in Construction industry as Project Cordinator/QS

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
