Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Diploma Mechanical Engineer to join our plant maintenance team. The role focuses on executing preventive and corrective maintenance for our textile machinery to ensure continuous, loss-free production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, drives, gearboxes, and utility systems to minimize machine downtime.
- Machinery Upkeep: Support the servicing and alignment of textile processing and stitching machinery.
- Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose recurring mechanical failures systematically to implement permanent fixes rather than temporary patches.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs of maintenance activities, spare parts consumption, and equipment history.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills: Solid mechanical aptitude, ability to read assembly/engineering drawings, and a logical approach to problem-solving.

Pay: From ₹19,767.43 per month
