Job Overview
Navchetana Kendra Health Care Pvt Ltd is hiring a Telecaller / Call Executive to manage customer calls, provide product information, and assist clients with their queries. This is a non-sales target role, ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals who can handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and maintain accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and answer incoming inquiries
- Provide information about company healthcare products and services
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Maintain customer data and update records in the system
- Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure professional communication on every call
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM entry)
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
- Robust listening and convincing skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
