Role Overview:

We are looking for agile and target-oriented professionals to join the Admission Cell. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, handling admission enquiries, managing leads and driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on programmes, eligibility, fees, scholarships and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through calls, emails, walk-ins and digital channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and drive application-to-admission conversions.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Maintain lead and counselling records in the CRM/admission system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, webinars and outreach activities.
- Resolve student/parent queries and ensure a positive admission experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:

Academic Counsellor: 1–2 years in admissions, counselling, education sales or related roles. Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.

Senior Academic Counsellor: 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in university/college admissions or education sales. Prior target-handling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solan, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
