Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electric and hydraulic injection molding machines. The candidate will be responsible for breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend breakdowns and carry out preventive/predictive maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Handle electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, compressors and related equipment.
- Execute erection and commissioning of injection molding machines, including plumbing and electrical setup.
- Inspect and maintain electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment operate efficiently for optimum output and quality.
- Plan maintenance activities, repair schedules and monitor repair costs.




- Manage in-house repair and maintenance of injection molding, assembly line and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain machine history cards, AM/PM checklists and maintenance records.
- Monitor and maintain adequate spare parts inventory.

Requirements & Skills

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in injection molding machine maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines, compressors and auxiliary equipment.
- Good understanding of electrical panels, motors, plumbing and machine maintenance.
- Ability to plan maintenance activities and maintain proper records.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification will be an added advantage.
