The Prospect

We are looking for someone who understands that social media is more than just posting content.

As a Social Media Manager, you will help shape our digital presence, strengthen brand visibility, build engagement and grow our communities.

What You’ll Work On

- Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.




- Plan and publish posts, reels, videos, carousels and stories.
- Coordinate with writers, designers and video creators.
- Track performance and social media analytics.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and formats.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Robust understanding of content marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics.
- Understanding of Canva and basic content creation tools.
- Strong sense of audience, content and trends.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
