We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. You will bridge the gap between IT tasks and administrative support, managing data entry, correspondence, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
- Documentation: Draft letters, prepare reports, and manage both physical and digital filing systems.
- Office Administration: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls. Greet visitors and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Computer & Equipment Maintenance: Operate office machines (printers, scanners, photocopiers). Perform routine system backups and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Inventory & Coordination: Maintain office supply inventory, order stationery,



and coordinate with different departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or additional certifications in IT/Office Administration are highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Skills: Rapid, accurate typing with an excellent attention to detail.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
