Performance Marketer cum Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer cum Team Lead who can take ownership of digital marketing performance while leading and guiding the marketing team.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution, can analyse campaign performance, identify problems, optimise results and manage the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates and other key performance metrics
- Build campaign strategies based on business objectives
- Conduct campaign audits and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Coordinate SEO and social media marketing activities
- Guide and supervise the digital marketing team
- Review campaign performance and ensure execution quality
- Manage priorities, deadlines and marketing deliverables
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve advertising performance
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations
- Take ownership of lead generation and campaign outcomes

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment




- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Google Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing
- Good knowledge of campaign analytics and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously
- Previous experience leading or managing a marketing team
- Solid communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply running campaigns.

You should be comfortable asking:

- Why is CPL increasing?
- Which creative is actually driving conversions?
- Where are we losing leads?
- Which campaign should be scaled, paused or restructured?
- What should the team prioritise next?
