We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller/Recruitment Executive to hire candidates for Picker & Packer positions across different warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
- Explain the Picker & Packer job profile, salary, location, shift timing and advantages.
- Check candidate eligibility, availability and interest.
- Generate qualified candidates for the recruitment process.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call and candidate records.
- Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for interview or joining.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite communication.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and calling.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and responsible attitude.

Salary

₹[Salary] per month + Incentives
Salary can be adjusted according to experience and location.

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month
