Job role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack who can take complete ownership of software functionality from requirement understanding and technical design to development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

The candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on backend development experience. The role requires the ability to understand business/product requirements, convert them into technical solutions, develop APIs and functionalities, integrate systems, and ensure successful implementation. The candidate should be implementation-oriented rather than only development-oriented, with solid ownership of functionality and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable product features.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand business and product requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build robust backend services, APIs, business logic, and workflows using Node.js and Express.js.

- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js.

- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.

- Implement end-to-end functionalities across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.

- Integrate applications with mobile apps, devices, third-party APIs, and other platforms.

- Take ownership of assigned functionality from requirement development testing implementation production support.





- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, database, and production issues.

- Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ensure application stability.

- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following development standards.

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, architecture decisions, and documentation.

- Collaborate with Android, QA, Product, Hardware/Firmware, and Business teams for successful implementation.

- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and gaps in requirements and proactively resolve them.

- Ensure timely delivery of assigned features and continuously improve system performance, scalability, and functionality.

- Investigate and resolve customer-reported application, API, data, and functionality issues.

- Ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into technical specifications and implemented within timelines.

- Support customer demos, implementation, onboarding, and technical deployments when required.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting technical issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.




- Strong practical experience in MERN stack development.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong ownership, implementation capability, problem-solving, and delivery orientation.

Technical Requirements:

MERN Stack

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Good understanding of React components, hooks, state management, routing, and API integration.
- Strong experience in Node.js backend development and Express.js.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of MongoDB schema design, aggregation, indexing, and query optimization.

Backend Development

- Strong understanding of backend architecture and server-side programming.
- Experience implementing business logic and complex workflows.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, JWT, role-based access, and API security.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party services.
- Good understanding of database optimization and application performance.
- Knowledge of caching, queues, background jobs, or microservices will be an advantage.

Functionality & Implementation

- Ability to understand functional requirements and business workflows.
- Ability to independently convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience implementing features across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Ability to identify gaps in requirements and clarify dependencies before development.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to take ownership of functionality through development testing deployment production support.
