Position: QC Engineer
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Location: Por, Gidc
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Bore Gauges, Thread Gauges, and other quality measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and inspection documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and coordinate with production for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor process quality and ensure adherence to inspection plans and quality procedures.
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.




- Participate in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through 5S, Kaizen, and quality improvement activities.

Preferred Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on proficiency in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Bore Gauges, Thread Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Positive understanding of inspection methods, quality documentation, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and quality reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
