Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Technician with experience in fabrication, engineering drawings, BOM, cost estimation, procurement coordination and project/activity scheduling for deployment at a leading automotive manufacturing facility.

Candidates with experience in fabrication industry, procurement, project coordination or cost estimation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on engineering drawings and BOM.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Prepare detailed activity schedules.
- Monitor and control progress against project schedules.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams (CFT).
- Manage vendor activities.
- Monitor vendor schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate material ordering/arrangement as per BOM requirements.
- Monitor ETA and material schedules.
- Perform inventory monitoring and stock checks.
- Maintain Min/Max inventory controls.
- Coordinate parts shipment and logistics planning.
- Coordinate shipment activities with cross-functional teams.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
- Follow up Purchase Orders with the Purchase team.
- Maintain supporting procurement documentation.
- Apply fabrication process knowledge and quality standards.
- Support fabrication quality confirmation activities.

The attached DFAB JD specifically covers drawing/BOM-based cost estimation, scheduling,



vendor management, material control, inventory, logistics, SAP purchase requisitions, PO follow-up and fabrication quality knowledge.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
