Full job description

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for civil and interior projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide advice on cost-effective solutions.
- Manage tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
- Bill Verification and Certification
- Provide progress reports and advise on financial implications of project decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project goals.

4-5 years of working experience as a quantity surveyor.
