We are looking for a visually driven, digitally native Social Media Manager & Designer to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between brand strategy and visual execution. This isn't just about making things look "pretty"; it’s about creating thumb-stopping content that drives engagement, tells our story, and stays ahead of social trends.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design: Design high-quality assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (including carousels, stories, infographics, and ad creative).

Video Production: Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that feels native to the platforms.

Content Strategy: Collaborate on a monthly content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and product launches.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visuals remain consistent with our brand voice, typography, and color palette.

Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on emerging aesthetics, memes, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

The Toolkit:



Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva. Experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro for video is a massive plus.

Social Fluency: You understand the nuances of different platforms—you know what works on LinkedIn is vastly different from what works on TikTok.

Eye for Detail: Robust typography, layout, and color theory skills.

Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or a "grid" you’ve managed is required. Show us your best work!

Who You Are

You’re a "maker" who doesn't wait for a 10-page brief to start creating.

You can take a complex idea and turn it into a simple, engaging graphic.

You are comfortable being on both sides of the camera if needed.
