Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Creative Head to lead our creative vision and execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in video editing, photography, videography, direction, and moodboarding, along with proven experience in managing and inspiring a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the creative team, including Photographers, Image Editors, Video Editors to deliver innovative and impactful visual content.

-Oversee end-to-end creative processes, from concept development to execution.

-Direct and supervise photography and videography projects to ensure high-quality outputs.

-Create moodboards and visual references to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.





-Provide creative direction during shoots, campaigns, and post-production.

-Work on weddings, pre-weddings, commercials, political projects.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.

-Stay updated on the latest creative trends, tools, and technologies to maintain industry relevance.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in video editing, photography, and videography.

-Strong expertise in direction and moodboarding.

-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a creative leadership role.

-Demonstrated ability in team handling and project management.

-Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
