Job Title:Bodyshop Advisor
Location: Chennai- Ambattur, Arumbakkam, Bharani, and Nandambakkam.
Experience:Minimum 2-3yrs relevant as Bodyshop advisor

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking body repair services.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and invoices, detailing labor, parts, and additional services.
- Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and approvals for repairs.
- Create and manage work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of services
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles post-repair to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair histories, and financial transactions.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2-3yrs relevant as Bodyshop advisor.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
