Dispatch And Store Executive

Experience: 3-4 Years | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Location: Shahudangi, Siliguri Outskirts

Role in short:

Handle store operations, material management, and dispatch of goods to site ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Management: Receiving, inspection, storage and issue of construction materials as per indents
- Inventory Control: Maintain stock register, bin cards, and do regular physical stock verification
- Dispatch: Coordinate loading, dispatch of materials to site with transporters. Prepare challans & gate passes
- Documentation: Maintain GRN, material issue slips, daily stock reports and coordinate with purchase/accounts team
- Site Coordination:



Ensure timely dispatch of materials to Agartala/Gaya/other sites as per project requirement
- Housekeeping: Maintain store cleanliness, safety norms and proper material stacking

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-4 years in store and dispatch, preferably in construction/infra/manufacturing
- Qualification: Any Diploma / B- Tech Civil . Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software preferred
- Skills: Knowledge of material handling, billing, and transport coordination
- Other: Must be willing to work at Shahudangi, Siliguri Outskirts. Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
