We seek a visionary AI Program Lead to spearhead our AI curriculum development and delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end AI program design, from curriculum ideation to implementation, aligning with WACP's futuristic vision and global education reforms.
- Collaborate with leadership, R&D; faculty, and operations to integrate AI into K-12 streams, incorporating hands-on projects, internships, and corporate partnerships.
- Mentor students and facilitators, fostering research, innovation, and ethical AI practices.
- Drive program growth through school partnerships, performance metrics, and scalable delivery across India/South Asia.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, ensuring curricula evolve with industry needs (e.g., machine learning, ethics, generative AI).
- Oversee budgeting, team recruitment, and impact measurement to achieve excellence in student outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience





- Minimum 10+ years in education (K-12/school systems preferred), with proven program leadership.
- 5+ years hands-on in AI/ML (academia, industry, or research), including curriculum development or AI education initiatives.
- Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Education, or related field; PhD or premium B - school background a plus.
- Strong network in global education/corporate AI ecosystems for internships and pathways.
- Passion for innovative pedagogy, with experience in experiential learning and student mentoring.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking; ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-ethics environment.
