Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor who can independently manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Production, Transporters and other departments.
- Plan and monitor loading, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct quantity, material and documentation before dispatch.
- Supervise dispatch staff, helpers and loading teams.
- Maintain dispatch records, registers and system entries.
- Track pending and urgent dispatches and ensure timely completion.
- Handle dispatch-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper loading, material safety and housekeeping in the dispatch area.
- Provide regular dispatch updates and reports to management.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



2–5 years in Dispatch / Warehouse / Logistics.
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
- Candidate should be hardworking, energetic and highly responsible.
- Must be comfortable with a hands-on role and able to work under pressure.
- Good coordination and team-handling skills.
- Should be disciplined, punctual and capable of taking ownership of dispatch activities.
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge preferred.
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and transport coordination will be an advantage.
