Our restaurant serves authentic Chettinad cuisine alongside carefully prepared Indian and international dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Kitchen Commis II to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of food.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen section.
- Follow food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist with mise en place before each service.
- Help with stock rotation and minimizing food waste.
- Work efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a small, dedicated team.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience as a Commis II or Commis III in a hotel or quality restaurant, with certificates
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine; familiarity with South Indian cuisine is an advantage.
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
