Outbound Domestic Voice Process – Collections

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding EMI payment reminders and collections.
- Contact customers regarding pending EMI payments.
- Provide payment-related information and reminders to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain professional communication with customers during calls.
- Update customer and call-related information in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
- Follow the company's collection process and guidelines.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
