About Miyo:

MIYO Dessert Bar is a "freestyle" dessert spot in Mumbai that has gained viral popularity for its "build-your-own" concept. Instead of a fixed menu, it operates like a bar where guests customize their own dessert bowls using premium bases and toppings.

Specific Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take dessert orders accurately

Serve desserts promptly while maintaining presentation standards

Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials

Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations

Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties





Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Team Player, good at people skills

Must be passionate about coffee/food
