Job description

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented and efficient Jewellery Software Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of jewelry products, intricate designs, measurements, and materials, requiring a focus on detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately enter product details, such as item codes, descriptions, weights, and pricing, into the system.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and update records for gold, diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewelry
- Record-Keeping: Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in records related to jewelry inventory, billing, and production.

Required Skills:

- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and jewelry-specific software, such as ERP or inventory management systems, Billing Inventory Software and Tally
- - Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- - Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple records simultaneously.




- - Basic Knowledge: Understanding of jewelry industry processes and terminology is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Software operation or equivalent; a degree in BCA/MCA is a plus.
