We are looking for experienced CNC Turning and VMC Operators / Setters with hands-on experience on Siemens CNC controllers.

Candidates should have practical experience in operating and/or setting CNC machines using Siemens controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating CNC Turning and VMC machines equipped with Siemens controllers.
- Setting jobs and machines as per drawings and process requirements.
- Tool setting, tool offset adjustment and tool changing.
- Loading and unloading components correctly.
- Understanding and operating existing CNC programs on Siemens controllers.
- Making appropriate tool offset corrections to maintain component dimensions.
- Monitoring tool wear and machining conditions.
- Carrying out dimensional inspection using Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Identifying and resolving basic machining, tooling and dimensional issues.
- Maintaining required production output and quality standards.
- Following all safety and machine operating procedures.





Requirements – CNC/VMC Operators

- Prior hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controllers is mandatory.
- Experience operating CNC Turning and/or VMC machines.
- Basic understanding of machining processes, cutting tools and inserts.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to make basic tool offset corrections.
- Candidates with experience in precision component manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- POR, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- CNC lathe: 1 year (Required)
- CNC programming: 1 year (Preferred)
- Machining: 1 year (Preferred)
