Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for real estate and residential construction projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, competitive pricing, quality, and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Source materials based on project requirements, BOQs, specifications, and timelines
- Float enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor material prices, market trends, lead times, and availability
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Stores, Accounts, and Site teams
- Ensure materials meet approved quality standards and specifications
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and MIS reports
- Identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and project budgets

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge of construction procurement and material sourcing
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, purchase orders, and material specifications
- Solid market knowledge of construction materials
- Good cost-control and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma / BE in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in procurement/purchase
- Experience in real estate or construction procurement preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in residential projects, high-rise buildings, villas, townships, or commercial construction
- Strong exposure to procurement of cement, steel, RMC, tiles, sanitaryware, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishing materials, and MEP items
- Experience handling large project budgets and multiple vendors is an added advantage

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
