We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects and ensure effective collaboration between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design and model conflicts.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams.
- Manage and track clashes, RFIs, and coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
- Ensure timely model updates based on design changes.
- Follow BIM standards, workflows,
and project requirements.
- Support the BIM Manager in maintaining project coordination and documentation.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination.
- Solid knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
- Experience in clash detection and model coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and project documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
